We are pleased to invite you to Entrepreneurship and Inova Network Conferencere (CRAI)6th edition, organized in between September 23-24, 2024the Palas Iasiby "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University of Iasi and the Association for Entrepreneurship Education, in partnership with the Romanian American Foundation, with the support of Orange Romania, Romanian Commercial Bank and the Iasi City Hall.
CRAI is an initiative to develop the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in Romanian universities. The conference aims to bring together University Innovation and Technology Transfer Centers, Student Entrepreneurial Societies and the Fulbright Alumni community, as well as actors of the Romanian startup and innovation ecosystem supporting the academic and research environment.
Our long-term mission is to develop a joint action plan focusing on innovation, technology transfer and education entrepreneurship. We aim to create a context for stimulating creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, thus strengthening the role of universities in promoting specializations smart and sustainable in Romania and actively contributing to a robust and dynamic national economy.
The conference program includes:
- SPlenary and panel sessions on specific topics of interest ranging from entrepreneurship education and technology transfer, to intellectual property and funding opportunities, as you can find in the agenda available on the conference webpage.
- CRAI Expo (23.09), an innovation and technology transfer exhibition where participating organizations can present to the CRAI community and the general public the research and innovation projects they are involved in, the inventions, equipment, products, services and cutting-edge technological solutions they are developing. Participation in the CRAI Expo with an exhibit/stand is free of charge. (Venue: Palas Atrium)
We aim to bring together more than 100 representatives from Romanian universities, public and private sector, with a focus on those responsible for innovation and technology transfer activities, student entrepreneurship. Participants will be joined by external contributors, including key note speakers national and international higher education, science, innovation and entrepreneurship.
We hope that you will take part in the conference and the exhibition and that you will actively contribute to the debates on harnessing the innovation, technology transfer and entrepreneurship potential of the Romanian higher education and research ecosystem!
